1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phtaya30 ("phtaya30," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phtaya30 website located at https://phtaya30.app and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on phtaya30, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phtaya30 Platform.

2. Eligibility

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phtaya30. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering on phtaya30, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaya30 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phtaya30 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phtaya30 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on phtaya30 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phtaya30 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phtaya30 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests on phtaya30 are processed to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit. phtaya30 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Same business day, typically within 2–4 hours of approval.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Within 1–2 business days, subject to bank processing times.

phtaya30 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, phtaya30 may request additional documentation before releasing funds. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings under Philippine law. phtaya30 does not provide tax advice and recommends that players consult a qualified tax professional regarding their obligations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phtaya30 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and game-specific offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the Bonus page:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account verification and are in good standing on phtaya30.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are met.

• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or other means constitutes abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and suspension of the account.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the phtaya30 Platform — including slots, fishing games, blackjack, and sports betting markets — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live data feeds, as applicable. Game outcomes on phtaya30 are determined independently of any player action or platform intervention.

Each game on phtaya30 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed result and the result recorded in phtaya30's server logs, the server log shall be the definitive record.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phtaya30 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the player's position. However, phtaya30 cannot guarantee the continuation of any interrupted game session and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting markets on phtaya30 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. phtaya30 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtaya30 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on phtaya30.

• Allowing any third party to access or use your phtaya30 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phtaya30 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of phtaya30 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phtaya30 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phtaya30 Platform without the prior written consent of phtaya30.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

phtaya30 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on phtaya30, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

phtaya30's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phtaya30 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phtaya30 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phtaya30 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phtaya30 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phtaya30 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting phtaya30 support.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phtaya30 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phtaya30 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phtaya30 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within 30 calendar days of receipt.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules before resorting to litigation, except where interim or injunctive relief is required.
